We Are Gym Owners
We opened a gym in 2021, in the middle of the pandemic. Here in Vancouver, BC people were still required to wear masks even while exercising, and the government was constantly shutting us down. Despite all of that we managed to quicky scale our gym from $0 to $100k months in a span of 20 months.
We did it through high ticket programs, without running a single challenge, promotion or discount. We did it through high quality branding and trust.
The craziest part? Our space was 1254 square feet.
After about 26 months of operating in 1254 square feet, we signed our lease a space that is 5x larger. Now we have about 4600 square feet of gym, 1200 square feet that we’re subleasing to a physio clinic, and several offices and even a podcast room.
But despite being in such a large facility, we still only offer high ticket programs.
We’re not in some bustling city, we’re actually on the edge of a suburban town that’s not even easily accessible by bus. We just happened to market ourselves in a way that attracts high quality clients.
